You might have noticed. There haven’t been any new podcasts lately. There is an unfortunate reason for that. When my Macbook crashed at the first of the summer I was able to recover just about everything. Just about.
The casualty was all of my raw audio files. That includes interviews about historic cemeteries, interviews about shape note singing, and lots of environmental audio. Some of that can’t really be recaptured.
Oh well.
I don’t want to completely give up on podcasting. I love the actual process of audio production. I just need to figure out how to proceed from here. So, in the meantime I’ll focus on the written adventures. I’ve got enough going on and I’m behind with blog posts as it is. Perhaps in a couple of months I’ll regroup and get going with the audio.
