Laura and I both have had marathon meetings this week. Even though it was just Tuesday, we felt the need for some downtime. Laura was in the mood for a mindless episode of Ghost Hunters, and I happened to still have one on my iPod. I plugged it into the TV, and the vegetation began.
While watching, I started surfing, once again looking for South Carolina paranormal investigators. Even though I knew most of these sites would be sickningly hokey, I think I might come across at least one or two good ghost tales.
One site, GhostMind, had photographs supposedly documenting the author’s capture of "energy orbs", somehow proving paranormal activity. The one below was taken in Abbeville…
My, I’m certainly a believer now! And to think, I was able to catch my own orbs up at Hooker Falls!
Methinks the Abbeville photographer needs a lens hood.
Another site was for the Rock Hill Ghost Hunters. On the front page was a notice about how some other paranormal societies had somehow been badmouthing RHGH. These inter-group cat fights seem to be endemic to the field. Laura says it must be because all these weirdos are sleep-deprived from hunting ghosts, and therefore short-tempered.
