I’ve kept several journals over the years. My most thorough was the journal I kept while in Europe one summer. I also kept detailed journals of at least part of our year in Arizona. Every now and then I pull those out, and I’m glad I kept detailed notes, but such documentation takes time. I don’t want the documentation of life to interfere with life itself. There’s the added twist of this being such a public forum, therefore…
- I’ve decided to update this journal sporadically, at best. Sometimes it will only have my taste in books or music at the moment.
- I won’t be posting any deep, dark secrets. I may decide to run for public office some day.
- If you really want news and opinions, send me e-mail and ask for them. Heck, send me e-mail anyway, unless you are a spammer.
We’ll see how long this exercise in self-indulgence lasts until I give it up.
