Laura did it. She cut her hair. Hair which had been down to her waist since she was nine years old is now just below the shoulders. The new look suits her very well. I have before and after pictures, but she would skin me alive if I posted them.

This weekend the Greenville Chorale and the Greenville Symphony Orchestra performed Mendelssohn’s Elijah as part of the Artisphere Festival. It was a moving, impressive performance, and garnered a rave review from Ann Hicks in the Greenville News. The only real problem was with turn-out — the Peace Center looked empty.
