Thank you for this very interesting podcast. I like to explore the woods and rivers in Newberry, Union and Fairfield counties. It’s probably my favorite area in SC to explore. I’ve put in at the Shelton Ferry “ramp” you mentioned and paddled to Henderson Island many times. Very interesting area.
