National Cathedral

Just a quick update, with more details to come later.  Laura had a conference in Washington D. C. this week and headed up on Tuesday.  Thursday I came up and joined her, and have been seeing the city’s sights.  The tour has included the following:

  • National Cathedral
  • Natural History Museum
  • American History Museum
  • National Zoo
  • Spy Museum
  • Moonlight tour of Washington Monuments
  • Some very nice meals

I’ll have trip details and more photos uploaded sometime this week.

I enjoyed going to Catholic University and the National Shrine of the Imaculate Conception. In art museums, I liked the Corcoran (near the White House) and the one on Mass Ave just NW of Dupont Circle. The Phillips Collection.

Hope you continue to have a blast!
