Yesterday was mom’s 85th birthday. The siblings who were able to get away from work met in Newberry for lunch and to celebrate this milestone.
Afterwards we headed down to her house to enjoy each other’s company and just goof off in general.
My nephew, Philip came home from school, and was showing off some of his skateboarding moves. Philip is an avid skater, and he is also experimenting with his own GoPro camera. We set up some shots for some of his tricks. We started with the rapid shot setting. In this case, we had it set to take 30 shots over 3 seconds, which was plenty of time to capture some moves. It was a good day with family, and it’s always good to see Mom doing so well. Here’s to many more birthdays!
