Doing a bit of Spring Cleaning around here at RandomConnections. Actually, it’s more of a case of the house collapsing around you, then needing to clean things up. Regardless, it gives me an opportunity to work on a few things.
The fun started with a simple update of one of the site’s plugins. For whatever reason, it brought the whole thing crashing down for awhile. I managed to get the site back online, but only after deactivating all of the plugins. Now I get to go back through them one by one to try to find the offending plugin. Until that time, some of the features of the site will be offline.
This also gives me some opportunity to tweak the site. I may play around with a few themes and play with the appearance. Or, I’ll wind up right back where I was earlier. Sometimes I can be very resistant to change.
